Requirements
Must:
- Education: A High School Diploma is required. A college degree is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience: We prefer candidates with 1-3 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is necessary.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, routers) is required.
- Experience with ticketing systems (such as Zendesk or HubSpot) is a plus.
- You must be available to work from Tuesday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- I provide outstanding technical support to customers through various channels including phone, email, chat, and remote assistance tools.
- I troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
- I communicate technical information clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish.
- I document support interactions, issue resolutions, and system performance in our CRM or ticketing system.
- I escalate complex issues to advanced technical teams when necessary.
- I assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of software or devices.
- I keep up-to-date with our products, services, and technical procedures.
- I actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and initiatives for process improvement.
Description
This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $46,000 per year. We offer a range of benefits including dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. This role requires in-person attendance.
