Requirements

Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 7-10 years of relevant experience. - I have at least 7 years of experience leading ERP implementations and ERP teams across various business processes. - I have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading a reporting or business intelligence team. - I have ERP experience, with a preference for SAP experience. - I have experience in financial operations, payroll, and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

- I will ensure the optimal performance of the SAP ERP system and its associated applications (such as Concur, CIM, Ariba, Business Objects, etc.). - I will collaborate across the organization to align ERP strategies with business objectives and drive the implementation of ERP best practices. - I will supervise the development, modification, quality, and support of enterprise-level reporting technologies to meet the requests of internal employees, clients, and service partners, while also ensuring information security and system performance needs through leadership of the NEI reporting team and external contractors. - I will manage ERP projects following resource, scope, risk, and performance management principles, supporting actual-to-budget performance requirements. - I will assist in training on ERP and reporting functions throughout the company. - I will drive automation within the ERP system and promote continuous process improvements. - I will lead, mentor, and develop the ERP technology and reporting team, defining roles and responsibilities, while fostering accountability and professional growth. - I will provide both functional and technical leadership during the migration to the cloud and integration of AI technologies. - I will oversee ERP updates, enhancements, and implementation of new solutions. - I will provide production support for business operations to maintain the company's efficiency. - I will exemplify the company's core values and maintain dependable attendance and punctuality. - I will interact and work well with others at all organizational levels. - I will undertake additional duties as needed, including supporting NP Dodge initiatives.

- I possess extensive experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile. - I have demonstrated management experience overseeing third-party contract agencies and staff. - I am familiar with working in regulatory or high cybersecurity environments. - I have a strong track record in managing and delivering projects, including successfully addressing priorities, resources, and risks. - I excel in interpersonal skills, forming credibility and collaborating across all organizational levels while maintaining discretion. - I am skilled in developing innovative strategies to achieve goals and objectives, and I exemplify strong leadership in managing technology teams. - I am proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong written and verbal communication skills. - I have the ability to analyze and resolve problems and work effectively with numerical data, demonstrating strong analytical abilities. - Preferred qualifications include a solid functional understanding of various SAP modules, with experience in SAP S/4HANA being a significant advantage.
