Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Proven experience deploying machine learning models in production settings.
- Familiarity with large datasets, including data preparation and feature engineering.
- Skilled in developing ETL pipelines.
- Knowledge of containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Experience in developing APIs and backend services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of producing technical documentation and training non-technical personnel.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and implement AI/ML models to enhance mission operations.
- Create predictive analytics platforms to support contract analysis, energy efficiency, and operational preparedness.
- Construct and sustain scalable AI pipelines and automated workflows.
- Integrate AI models within enterprise systems and operational platforms.
- Develop data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data sources.
- Implement AI services in secure cloud and hybrid environments.
- Ensure compliance of AI solutions with cybersecurity and data protection standards.
- Facilitate monthly training sessions for government staff on AI tools and platforms.
- Generate system documentation including user guides and technical manuals.
- Monitor system performance, conduct model retraining, and maintain active AI systems.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $96.00 - $105.00, along with benefits such as 401(k), dental and health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
