Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree or relevant work experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical field
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of following complex and unique processes while adapting quickly to change
- Analytical mindset to address issues in diverse situations
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills for handling several issues and follow-ups concurrently
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word
- Intermediate level skills in MS Excel
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
- Must successfully pass all applicable background screenings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Responsibilities
- Utilize in-house tools to identify inactive ATMs and conduct remote diagnostics to resolve issues, ensuring maximum uptime
- Investigate service history of ATMs to pinpoint service problems
- Employ monitoring tools and ticketing systems for issue resolution
- Analyze ATM inactivity data using Excel
- Oversee various channels of communication (monitoring, email, phone) to meet service expectations
- Communicate issues and status updates effectively with business users, service providers, and management, customizing language as necessary
- Contact customer locations to assess ATM issues
- Act as the technology advocate for the businesses and customers we support
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Maintain high productivity and quality service while thriving in a fast-paced environment
