Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in IT support at Tier-II level
- Proficient in Active Directory (user accounts, GPO, permissions)
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Skilled in troubleshooting Windows 10/11
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting is preferred
- Professional attitude while interacting with executives
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capability to work autonomously on-site
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site desktop and user support for Windows 10/11, M365, and Active Directory
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues
- Provide assistance with conference rooms, AV systems, and Zoom/Teams configurations
- Setup and distribute laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals
- Oversee user onboarding and offboarding processes (Active Directory, M365, permissions)
- Assist with firewall and VPN troubleshooting as well as basic network issues
- Maintain thorough documentation of all service activities in the ticketing system
- Refer complex matters to Tier-III engineers as needed
