Must:

Responsibilities
- Maintain and support a custom-built CRM application
- Provide technical assistance to users, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues
- Analyze user-reported concerns and implement fixes or enhancements
- Contribute to the development of new CRM features and functionalities
- Write, test, and uphold clean, well-documented code
- Support web-based components of the CRM, including both front-end and back-end functionalities
- Engage in code reviews and adhere to development best practices
- Collaborate with team members to improve system performance, usability, and reliability

At the National Center for Dispute Settlement, LLC (NCDS), we have been a leader in administering Automotive Warranty, Real Property Disclosure, and Financial Disputes, as well as Arbitration Programs for Class Action Settlements since the 1980s. We are currently expanding and are looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our Dallas, TX office, conveniently located near Coit Road and the 635 LBJ Freeway. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, balancing in-office teamwork with the flexibility of remote work.
