Requirements
Must:
- 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in business analysis, ETL/ELT design, or a related field
- Proven track record in designing data workflows and pipelines
- Extensive knowledge of data visualization and dashboarding tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or native options)
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and schema design
- Familiarity with scripting languages for data manipulation (including Python and SQL)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client organization staff to grasp their requirements and ensure proper documentation for alignment
- Design scalable data mapping for ETL/ELT processes to ingest, cleanse, and transform both structured and unstructured data from diverse client intelligence sources into various product-specific data models
- Create and specify logical data models, schemas, and objects on the platform to satisfy complex analytical needs
- Develop, maintain, and enhance user-friendly dashboards, data visualizations, and tools providing clear insights into operational estimates
- Identify opportunities for enhancing ETL processes using AI/ML models
- Ensure smooth performance and ongoing operation of data workflows and analytical tools, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for enhanced speed and reliability
