Requirements
Must:
- 2 years of experience in a relevant field or related area.
- A bachelors degree in journalism, English, Business, Marketing, or a closely related subject.
- Proficient in using correct English grammar for effective oral and written communication.
- Keen attention to detail regarding formatting, numerical discrepancies, grammatical errors, and spacing issues.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and effectively convey complex technical information in clear and persuasive writing.
- Skill in writing in a clear and concise manner.
- Quick adaptability in grasping new information and incorporating it into work activities.
- Competence in organizing and integrating various data formats (e.g., .pdf, .doc, .xls, .jpg, .ppt).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experienced in using Adobe Acrobat; capable of multitasking and organizing files for version control.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others to foster cooperation and teamwork.
- Must obtain and maintain a client-specific Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Create technical documentation, articles, and reports, as well as various communication materials and presentations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft necessary information products for internal and external requests, ensuring clarity and proper formatting.
- Prepare and submit status reports as needed.
- Participate in meetings, as required, to fulfill responsibilities.
- Maintain a consistent tone and message across all communications.
- Organize and manage exhibits effectively.
