Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting
- Proficient in Microsoft platforms, cloud services, and networking
- Knowledgeable in RMM/PSA tools, firewalls, and scripting
- Client-centric with effective communication abilities
- Prior experience in mentoring or leading a technical support team
Responsibilities
- Address Tier 2/3 technical support inquiries (Windows Server, networking, M365, etc.)
- Support and guide a small team of 1–5 members while promoting our E.L.I.T.E values
- Step in during peak periods or team member absences to ensure consistent service
- Oversee small-scale internal projects and client onboarding with defined milestones
- Keep documentation up to date using PSA and RMM tools
- Meet SLA targets and maintain service quality through established processes
- Work together with leadership to discover and execute process enhancements that foster transformation
