Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in software or machine learning engineering
- Significant hands-on expertise with LLMs and agent-based AI systems
- Profound knowledge of tool calling, context management, and multi-step reasoning
- Proven experience in constructing production-level LLM pipelines, beyond simple prompts
- Familiarity with API integration and cloud technology (AWS)
- Background in healthcare or EMR systems, including clinical NLP, RAG systems, vector databases, or working in regulated or government-related environments
- Bachelors degree (Required)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows, including planner–executor, tool calling, and multi-agent systems
- Develop clinical automation driven by LLMs, including SOAP notes, summaries, and structured documentation
- Establish hallucination control and validation mechanisms tailored for healthcare applications
- Create structured JSON outputs with schema enforcement and post-processing
- Integrate LLM APIs into backend infrastructure
- Enhance latency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of AI systems in production
- Collaborate closely with engineering and clinical teams to ensure compliant AI architecture
