Requirements
Must:
- Proven leadership ability in managing teams and driving project-oriented initiatives within data-intensive settings.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, adept at managing complex projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in analytics and business intelligence, including experience in building data models and visualizations using technologies like Tableau.
- In-depth understanding of data management and governance, with more than 5 years of experience in creating impactful reports and analytics solutions.
- Knowledgeable about data privacy, regulatory requirements, and systems that align BI to business strategy across multiple departments.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, actively seeking out varying perspectives and ideas.
- Ability to operate in a hybrid work setting at our Omaha, Nebraska office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture a high-performance Business Intelligence team, focusing on recruitment, performance evaluations, and compliance with employment and diversity guidelines.
- Offer strategic and operational guidance for BI projects, ensuring data quality and accessibility alongside adherence to analytical and reporting standards.
- Manage complex BI initiatives by collaborating with teams to identify business requirements, utilize available solutions, and achieve results that align with business goals and architectural standards.
- Work alongside business and technology executives to support planning efforts, develop actionable plans and metrics, estimate needed resources, and propose technology-based solutions for current and future needs.
- Oversee data governance and compliance activities, ensuring best practices in analytics execution, data modeling, and predictive analysis while partnering with Compliance and Regulatory teams.
