Responsibilities

- Greet and assist members with general inquiries about services
- Facilitate transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Educate members on how to utilize different banking channels
- Convert service interactions into sales opportunities
- Promote and sell Credit Union services beneficial to members
- Meet assigned sales goals and targets
- Conduct end-of-day balancing of funds and reports
- Open new member accounts efficiently
- Engage in community activities to enhance Credit Union visibility and connection
