Requirements
Must:
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests in a dynamic environment.

- Vulnerability scanning and patch management

- Microsoft Office 365
- Cybersecurity best practices and social engineering awareness

- High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or technical roles is preferred.
- Experience in a financial or regulated industry is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for computers, laptops, tablets, printers, and basic networking issues.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity problems promptly and professionally.
- Assist employees with Office 365 and other standard office applications.
- Offer support for VoIP phone systems and troubleshoot related issues.
- Monitor daily network activity, including firewalls, antivirus, and system alerts.
- Facilitate VPN connections and perform basic network setup tasks.
- Aid in vulnerability assessments, patch management, and cybersecurity efforts.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of phishing tests and social engineering awareness training.
- Construct, configure, and distribute Windows 11 computers for various branches and departments.
- Prepare both new and existing devices for employee utilization.
- Ensure proper disposal of retired equipment adhering to security and data protection protocols.
- Adhere to all regulatory and internal policy guidelines relevant to the role.
- Stay informed about and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, such as BSA, CRA, OFAC, and others.
- Document issues, solutions, and procedures as necessary.
