Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level technical support through phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity challenges
- Record, track, and document incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
- Elevate complex issues to Tier 2 or 3 support teams as needed and ensure ticket resolution
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Provide support for common operating systems (Windows/macOS) and business applications
- Assist with user account setups, password resets, and access permissions
- Keep IT asset inventory and documentation up to date
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the IT Director
