Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, SRE, or system administration roles
- In-depth knowledge of Linux system administration and TCP/IP networking
- Strong experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments
- Experience operating in hybrid environments (cloud + on-premise)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible
- Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience administering databases like MySQL and Elasticsearch
- Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools, particularly Grafana and Prometheus
- Proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Experience designing secure infrastructure and CI/CD systems
- Knowledge of application and infrastructure security best practices
- Capacity to collaborate with engineers across teams and mentor colleagues
- Comfort working in English (B1+ proficiency)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the server infrastructure of Muse Group
- Ensure high system reliability and availability, aiming for 99.9% uptime
- Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters
- Design and sustain comprehensive infrastructure monitoring systems
- Automate deployment pipelines and operational workflows using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Assist product teams with production deployments and infrastructure requirements
- Enhance internal developer tools and services
- Troubleshoot infrastructure problems and optimize system performance
- Collaborate closely with engineers from various product development teams
Description
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our core infrastructure team, dedicated to the stability, reliability, and advancement of Muse Groups production platforms. This team manages the infrastructure for our global music products, which includes high-traffic websites and services utilized by millions of musicians worldwide. As a senior engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring highly available systems while contributing to the modernization of our infrastructure.
