Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk roles, or comparable positions
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities for both hardware and software
- Highly organized, dependable, and capable of juggling multiple requests simultaneously
- Competent at working independently while assisting non-technical users
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Willingness to travel locally to branch offices as necessary
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the company’s network, servers, and shared drives
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration, including email accounts, permissions, and security settings
- Monitor Microsoft 365 security alerts and take action against potential threats
- Diagnose and support printers, scanners, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Arrange for the setup and procurement of new computer equipment for team members
- Provide daily IT assistance to employees across various locations
- Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring system access and equipment setup
- Collaborate with Teambridge and TempWorks to resolve software and system challenges
- Travel to branch locations as required to support hardware and infrastructure needs
