Requirements
Must:
- Associate or bachelors degree in Information/Computer Technology, Business Systems, Computer Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 7 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree in applicable fields.
- 9 years of relevant experience with an associate degree in applicable fields.
- 11 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Experience should reflect a focus on Business Systems Analysis and information technology with progressively technical roles.
- Familiarity with IEEE Software Development standards or equivalent methodologies.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Excellent technical writing skills with the capability to present information clearly and visually.
- Skilled in technical interviewing within the IT realm.
- Proficient in MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project).
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems infrastructure and architectural dependencies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with internal and external stakeholders to identify IT business requirements.
- Create specifications for complex technical projects based on research and interview findings.
- Monitor and track assigned tasks to ensure projects adhere to schedule and budget constraints.
- Relay any issues impacting project timelines to the manager and team lead.
- Support change management initiatives, focusing on the impact of business technology on users, processes, systems, job roles, skills, and organizational structures.
- Draft and execute approved change management plans to reduce user resistance and enhance engagement, empowering senior management as change advocates.
- Develop change management strategies to promote quicker adoption and optimal utilization for superior business results.
- Analyze, facilitate, and structure information to elicit requirements, resolve conflicts, and differentiate solutions from business needs.
- Document project development efforts, including use cases, requirements, test plans, process maps, system design specifications, system security plans, user manuals, and maintenance guides, collaborating closely with development and business teams for successful implementation.
- Engage with diverse internal technical and business experts in both individual and group settings.
- Convey technical information verbally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Foster communication with stakeholders, focusing on facilitation, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
- Break down complex information into detailed components and synthesize low-level data to clarify requirements conflicts.
- Aid in prioritizing tasks and resolving requirement discrepancies among various internal stakeholders.
- Identify key interactions among enterprise server-client technical solutions addressing hardware, networks, security, and applications.
- Assist in the creation of data flow models to outline interdependencies between different technologies and applications.
- Contribute to project planning and monitoring activities.
- Support data discovery, analysis, and requirements modeling, along with verification of deliverables.
- Ensure a sustainable IT infrastructure by providing cross-training and comprehensive documentation.
- Organize documents and maintain filing systems, emails, and records in alignment with compliance standards.
