Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with 2+ years of experience in Support or Service Contracts
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employer-sponsored work permits
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Capacity to adapt to evolving environments
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision
- Confidence to take responsibility both as an individual contributor and as a team member
- Positive attitude with effective stress management
- Proficient problem-solving and data mining skills
- Expertise in Oracle R12 Service Contracts Manager and Service Cloud case management
- Familiarity with service agreements and internal contracts
- Understanding of service revenue recognition practices
- Experience with Sales Management System (SMS) is advantageous
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Activate service contracts, process change requests, and issue sales log credits
- Utilize Oracle R12 as Service Contracts Manager to process contracts
- Ensure all necessary documents are signed by the relevant parties
- Acquire required approvals prior to contract activation
- Manage modifications of contracts and associated change requests
- Validate revenue recognition and billings in Oracle R12 as necessary
- Comprehend transaction types and the underlying accounting principles
- Oversee Service Cloud case management
- Collaborate with Greenfield IT to resolve system-related issues
