Triage Specialist with tech expertise

- Conduct Level 1 Root Cause Analysis (RCA) across various testing modalities, including public roads, closed courses, and simulations - Collaborate closely with third-party Triage contractors to enhance quality and productivity - Maintain a strong partnership with the Autonomy Team for quick and effective feedback - Lead the lifecycle of issue identification, analysis, mitigation, and reporting alongside System Performance engineers - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the software stack components, adapting as changes occur - Take initiative and contribute to our innovative and fast-paced technical environment, promoting teamwork across locations - Analyze simulated AV scenarios thoroughly - Accurately classify events into numerous categories and types - Optimize tagging of logs to support effective search and appropriate metrics - Create and manage events within our internal Triage tools - Investigate logs with exceptional circumstances that may have hindered prior reviews, ensuring thorough completion - Engage in regular stand-ups to discuss new concerns and tasks that may arise - Support the training and integration of new team members, providing feedback on identified incidents and coaching on best practices - Offer constructive feedback on newly introduced tools and their effect on the review process - Update and maintain process documentation as necessary - Be willing to travel domestically for team activities and events - Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned
