Requirements

Must:
- BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience. - Proficient in C# with a robust understanding of object-oriented design principles. - Significant experience with the .NET Framework. - Familiarity with relational databases, specifically MS SQL and Oracle. - Knowledgeable in software architecture and design patterns. - Experience with various Microsoft tools and environments such as SSMS, SSRS, and Visual Studio. - Background in developing web applications using the ASP.NET framework. - Experience in creating Windows applications (WPF and WinForms). - Familiarity with UI Path RPA solutions. - Knowledge of source code version control systems like Azure DevOps and GIT. - Experience with test-driven development practices. - Proven track record as a technical/project lead throughout the software development lifecycle. - Understanding of project management fundamentals including requirements, design, planning, and deployment. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and implement the complete software development lifecycle for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to company standards. - Enhance operational efficiencies through automation initiatives. - Primarily provide support for our four U.S. facilities (three in Ohio, one in Georgia) with occasional assistance to our sites in Mexico and Brazil. - Occasional travel and after-hours support may be necessary. - Participate in meetings as a representative of the software development team in IT. - Develop custom software solutions by analyzing business needs and collaborating with process stakeholders, examining data flow, and internal processes. - Create impactful presentation materials to communicate ideas and results effectively to a diverse audience. - Demonstrate strong time management and project management skills to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, and respond to user feedback.
