Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in information technology.
- At least 3 years in a solution or enterprise architecture position.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in business capability modeling and its correlation with other architectural disciplines.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks like TOGAF and ArchiMate.
- Strong understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, and cloud architecture.
- Knowledge of application design, microservices, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- Commitment to the values of belonging, connection, faithfulness, and grit as endorsed by Mosaic.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business capability models to align IT strategy with business priorities.
- Create and document future-state architectures including conceptual, logical, and physical diagrams to meet business goals.
- Establish and uphold architectural principles and standards to ensure quality and consistency across the organization.
- Assess emerging technologies and their potential business value.
- Offer architectural oversight and guidance to solution architects and development teams within the Agile software development lifecycle.
