Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Avaya Aura
- Proven troubleshooting abilities in enterprise voice environments
- Experience in supporting active telephony platforms
- Capability to handle both project tasks and ongoing support
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a remote work setting
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and provide support for Avaya Aura environments
- Diagnose and resolve issues in complex VoIP and SIP-based communication systems
- Assist with projects, service tickets, system patching, and platform upgrades
- Maintain and enhance enterprise voice environments across various clients
- Configure and troubleshoot call routing, vectors, VDNs, ACDs, and SIP trunking
- Address client concerns related to complex network architectures affecting voice
- Support system migrations, deployments, and infrastructure enhancements
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including system configurations and call flow diagrams
- Collaborate with internal teams, telecommunications providers, and client stakeholders
