Requirements
Must:
- Associate Degree in Cyber Security or a related Business field (such as Information Security, Threat Intelligence, Digital Forensics, or Computer Science)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Purview, Azure, and Intune
- Experience with SIEM tools including Crowd Strike, Artic Wolf, and ThreatLocker Zero Trust
- Familiarity with vulnerability scanners and incident response protocols
- Preferred Certifications: CompTIA Security+ and SecurityX
- Knowledge of cloud security environments (AWS, Azure)
- Practical experience in threat hunting and advanced incident response
- Understanding of data loss prevention (DLP) and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions
- Competency in handling security compliance audits (SOC 2, GLBA)
- Strong ability to interpret and utilize threat intelligence to enhance security measures
Responsibilities
- Install, monitor, and manage security measures to defend networks and information systems from unauthorized access, breaches, viruses, and malware
- Respond to security incidents, investigate violations, and propose improvements to address potential vulnerabilities
- Conduct proactive vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to uncover and mitigate risks
- Ensure all infrastructure, applications, and IT procedures adhere to stringent security protocols and comply with IT Risk Management guidelines
