Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, IT service management (ITSM), or enterprise application management.
- Proven success in leading intricate operational and technology deployments across large organizations and user groups.
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, etc.), workflows, and integrations.
- Experience operating in Agile/Scrum settings using tools like Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow Agile.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Capability to collaborate with developers, comprehend APIs, and supervise integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Outstanding emotional intelligence, empathy, and capacity for relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams within IT, operational stakeholders, and leadership to collect requirements, establish priorities, and foster platform adoption through solution development and enhancement.
- Collaborate with platform developers, architects, and colleagues to define, design, and deliver new or improved ServiceNow features and functionalities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance automation, and efficiently deploy new capabilities using the ServiceNow platform.
- Support platform governance, security, compliance, and scalability by adhering to ServiceNow recommended practices and guidelines.
- Prioritize user experience by soliciting feedback, enhancing usability, and promoting platform adoption through training and communication.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
