Requirements
Must:
- Clinical license (RN or Pharmacist) is mandatory
- Bachelors degree required
- Experience in application implementation, troubleshooting, and support
- Proficiency in application testing
- Relevant clinical or business experience is preferred
- Completion of OHS Annual Assessment
- Epic Certification will be necessary
Responsibilities
- Install new applications and upgrade existing ones, including configuration of settings
- Offer support during go-live phases and assist users with new applications, modules, and functions
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for applications, resolving issues or escalating as needed
- Analyze user needs and operational workflows to suggest system improvements
- Develop test plans and evaluate new systems and versions, documenting all testing outcomes
- Design database queries and generate reports using report-writing tools
- Monitor application issues and address them as they arise
- Maintain current documentation related to applications and contribute to training material preparation
- Deliver professional customer support on a rotating 24x7 schedule, working with IT support on escalated issues
- Analyze necessary modifications, coordinating with relevant IT personnel or vendors for implementation
- Serve as a liaison with vendors to communicate escalations and coordinate installation activities
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support
- Execute additional related duties as assigned, including application enhancements and policy development related to system security and disaster recovery
