Requirements
Must:
- I seek candidates with hands-on expertise in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python (knowledge of .NET is a bonus).
- A strong understanding of Selenium automation frameworks across various platforms is essential.
- Proficiency in load and performance testing using JMeter is required.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is important.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach to testing and quality assurance is expected.
- Familiarity with financial services domains like loans, underwriting, collections, and fraud is a plus.
Responsibilities
- I need you to design and write test automation scripts to ensure broad coverage for critical application areas.
- You will configure and establish Selenium Test Environments (STE) and IDEs for automation.
- It will be your responsibility to implement and maintain automation frameworks suited to various project structures.
- You will create, enhance, debug, and execute automated test cases.
- You need to manage defect identification, reporting, and resolution processes effectively.
- Overseeing regression testing and managing testing changes are also part of your duties.
- Conducting load and performance testing utilizing JMeter will be required.
- You will troubleshoot issues related to object identity and error handling in automation scripts.
- Collaborating with manual testers and QA leadership throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) will be key.
- Ensuring compliance with enterprise application design standards and testing best practices is crucial.
- Adapting current web applications for mobile platforms and scripting tests for desktop, mobile, and online channels will be part of your role.
- You will partner with development and DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implementing testing procedures to identify bugs and enhance software quality will also be necessary.
