Requirements
Must:
- 6-12 years of overall development experience, primarily focusing on Node.js and React.
- Demonstrated expertise in scaling applications and optimizing systems for enhanced performance.
- Strong grasp of database design principles, including indexing, query optimization, and data modeling for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-centric environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is desirable.
- Understanding of contemporary technologies to collaborate effectively with development teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and uphold high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs utilizing Node.js.
- Create, develop, and maintain efficient web applications leveraging React.
- Formulate and enhance database structures using SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) technologies, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Architect and execute scalable systems capable of managing high volumes of traffic and data while maintaining high availability and minimal latency.
- Produce clean, documented, and reusable code, adhering to industry best practices, security protocols, and standards.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to grasp requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and resolve complex issues promptly, implementing resilient solutions to avert future occurrences.
- Remain informed about emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, promoting enhancements to technology and team processes.
