Requirements
Must:
- 10-12+ years of program/project management experience in mobile networks
- At least 5 years in RAN optimization, preferably with Ericsson
- Experience collaborating with AT&T customers and familiarity with their tools and processes is essential
- In-depth understanding of LTE/NR optimization workflows and Ericsson KPIs
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Excel, and Power BI
- Experience with RAN workflows including feature tuning, KPI optimization, RFDS, CIQ, and RNDCIQ
- Strong abilities in managing stakeholder relationships and customer communications
- Capability to lead multi-vendor and multi-functional teams
- Preferred certifications: PMP or PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum or SAFe, ITIL Foundation, and OEM RAN certifications (Nokia/Ericsson)
Responsibilities
- Direct the complete delivery process of RAN optimization initiatives including planning, governance, and stakeholder coordination
- Oversee the monthly optimization cycle for designated high-priority sites in assigned regions
- Collaborate with Performance, RAN, Turf, Integration, and MobileComm teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Secure approvals for changes in parameters, activations of features, and recommendations related to BBU/Radio
- Employ MRR and CTR analyses to pinpoint root causes of performance issues
- Conduct weekly governance meetings focusing on dashboards, KPI tracking, and site acceptance via Quantum, ENM, or BO
- Manage escalations and ensure swift resolution of issues before and after launches
- Take charge of reporting, documentation, and the adoption of automation tools such as workflows and dashboards
- Oversee the completion of FGA/GS audits for Ericsson and compile acceptance documentation
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and resource allocation for both onshore and offshore teams
