Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in IT support
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Proficient with Windows Server environments
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Expertise in Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking principles (DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Capability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Previous experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred
- Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, etc.) are a plus
- Familiarity with networking solutions from WatchGuard, Fortinet, or Cisco
- Experience with endpoint security tools (EDR/MDR)
- Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V is beneficial
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Deliver Level II technical support for users and systems
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows workstations, servers, and networks
- Provide assistance within Microsoft 365/Azure/Active Directory platforms
- Aid in network troubleshooting, including switches, firewalls, and VLANs
- Oversee user accounts, permissions, and device rollouts
- Provide support for printers, VOIP phones, and end-user devices
- Collaborate with the MobileIT team to escalate advanced issues to Level III engineers
- Assist in patch management, system updates, and endpoint security implementations
- Document all support activities and keep ticketing records updated
- Offer on-site technical support and assistance to users
