Requirements
Must:
- Must have IT support experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Windows desktops and laptops
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (both wired and wireless)
- Experience with handheld computers (Android preferred)
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, such as SOTI
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Warehouse experience is highly valued
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of 3 years in IT support
- 1 year in computer networking
- 1 year experience with Android devices (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support in a warehouse setting
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist employees with technical problems related to IT equipment
- Ensure the proper functioning of desktop and handheld devices
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes
- Document support requests and resolutions effectively
- Engage with users to deliver excellent customer service
Description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist for our warehouse in Ontario, CA. This full-time position offers a salary range of $50,000 to $70,000, depending on experience. Our benefits include a 401(k) plan, health insurance, and paid time off. We do not cover relocation costs.
