Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering - 3–5 years of experience in providing technical and/or field support for products or systems, or equivalent education and experience - Intermediate knowledge of assigned products and remote monitoring technologies - Advanced understanding of field acceptance testing, test equipment, data analysis, test reporting, and safety requirements - Familiarity with industry standards such as UL, NEC, and IEC - Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Ability to support multiple stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams - Proficiency in advanced computer skills, including MS Office, MRP/ERP systems, and technical reporting tools

Responsibilities

- Deliver system-level technical support for SCD products to MEPPI teams, authorized service providers (ASPs), and end users - Manage field incidents by tracking assigned tasks to ensure timely resolution - Assist operating divisions with root cause analyses (RCA), quality assurance issues, and corrective action recommendations - Analyze and compile data on failure trends, escalated incidents, and design improvement opportunities - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including updates, troubleshooting guides, and compliance records - Collaborate to enhance technical support processes and procedures - Provide technical assistance for remote monitoring software, including documentation updates and customer support - Act as a technical liaison with MEPPI expatriates and equipment divisions to address product issues - Prepare technical communications, including letters, memos, emails, and reports for distribution - Conduct site testing, field troubleshooting, and technical presentations as needed - Promote SCDs mission through effective communication with internal departments, customers, and suppliers
