Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, technical reporting, or technical support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data aggregation and analysis
- Familiarity with Power BI is preferred
- Exposure to electrical distribution or battery energy systems is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple data collection and reporting tasks simultaneously
- Eager to learn and apply technical concepts to generate actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Create, validate, and distribute monitoring reports on health, performance, and compliance for customer sites
- Interact with customers to clarify monitoring results, address data-related inquiries, and suggest proactive maintenance actions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to analyze data trends and enhance monitoring models
- Document preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring completion reports meet SLA compliance and data integrity
- Work with subject matter experts to design new reporting frameworks that highlight equipment issues and performance trends
- Contribute to the development of reporting templates, troubleshooting guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct analysis of operational and failure data for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations
- Track software releases and security updates for monitored systems, communicating changes to stakeholders
- Assist in creating training materials and developing self-paced training modules
- Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve reporting accuracy
