Senior Security Engineering Analyst

- Assist the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Information System Security Officers (ISSO) with their designated responsibilities. - Promote a productive and respectful work environment through outstanding customer service and a positive, collaborative approach. - Maintain productive working relationships with Cyber Security teams, other departments, and clients. - Execute Cyber Security policy compliance tasks, including identifying unauthorized devices and conducting compliance site surveys. - Carry out Security Test and Evaluations of information systems per security plans. - Review Information System Plans for both classified and unclassified systems. - Facilitate the certification and accreditation process for information systems and networks, assisting with security testing and evaluation outcomes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and sustain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, encryption, and multi-factor authentication solutions. - Design secure networks and systems in compliance with federal laws and customer specifications, adhering to certification and accreditation standards and industry best practices. - Assess technology purchase requests and provide feedback to senior Cyber Security personnel on associated risks. - Support data calls, FISMA reporting, compliance assessments, continuous monitoring, and reporting for auditors.
