Chief Information Officer - IT Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and own Mirrorr AIs comprehensive information architecture across product, research, and enterprise applications. - Create a scalable and modular data strategy that enhances clinical research, personalization, and auditability while ensuring user privacy. - Manage the data lifecycle policies encompassing collection, labeling, storage, retention, and deletion. - Lead the companys security posture, including cloud, application, endpoint, and organization-wide policies. - Design and uphold frameworks for HIPAA, SOC 2, and other pertinent healthcare/data protection standards. - Implement best practices for encryption, access control, logging, and incident response. - Establish information governance processes that uphold our ethical commitments, including beneficence, nonmaleficence, informed consent, and narrative dignity. - Chair an internal Data & Ethics Review Council for new features, partnerships, and data usage in research. - Collaborate with clinicians, ethicists, and researchers to ensure safe evaluation and deployment protocols. - Supervise cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, observability, and cost optimization for LLM-heavy workloads. - Build and manage relationships with cloud, security, and infrastructure vendors. - Define service levels for uptime, latency, and reliability for both consumer and enterprise clients. - Build, mentor, and lead a small team across security, infrastructure, DevOps, and compliance. - Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to translate regulatory and ethical constraints into actionable product requirements. - Present information risk and infrastructure strategies to investors, partners, and advisory boards.
