- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Minimum 6 years of experience in sourcing - 8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, ideally within the utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors - Experience sourcing in Consulting / Professional Services, Construction / Related Services, or Materials - Proven track record in leading high-value negotiations and developing contract frameworks - Strong analytical abilities, including experience with spend analytics, cost modeling, and digital procurement tools - Excellent partnership-building skills and ability to collaborate with others - Proficiency in managing strategic supplier relationships and performance metrics - Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and operational leaders - Competence in building and leading diverse teams to achieve goals - Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices - Knowledge of relevant database and information systems like ARIBA, SAP, etc. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office - Masters Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Lean Six Sigma certification (LSS) or equivalent (preferred) - PMP or similar project management certification (preferred)
