Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a senior project manager with multiple ERP platforms such as SAP, ECC, or JDE E1, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (D365)
- Proven track record leading business integration projects in a complex organizational environment
- Experience as a business analyst and familiarity with change management
- Strong understanding of business processes (supply chain, asset management, production cycle), systems integration, and enterprise project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and foster a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in English; bilingualism is a plus
- Project management certification is an advantage
- Experience in business process reengineering, ERP systems, and/or CRM systems integration is highly valued
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
- Experience with monday.com is appreciated
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams
- Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to track deliverable milestones
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as necessary to ensure project success
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support project objectives and timelines
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among various departments and teams involved in the integration process
- Monitor and report on project progress, status, and budget to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices throughout the integration life cycle
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and promote continuous improvement
