Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
- Proven experience in application development and full stack solutions
- Strong understanding of COTS products and integration
- Proficiency in designing and implementing APIs
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent debugging and testing skills, including unit and integration testing
- Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation
- Strong collaboration skills to work across various teams
- Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance standards
Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, and sustain custom applications and COTS solutions
- Integrate COTS solutions into existing workflows and work with stakeholders on enhancements
- Implement bug fixes and create new functionalities for various applications
- Support and enhance existing DKeys for improved user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for expanded functionality and data-driven decision-making
- Work with engineering and domain experts to convert needs into technical solutions
- Design and implement APIs for secure data exchanges
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application reliability
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for projects
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements
- Engage in SDLC processes, including code reviews and continuous improvement
Description
We are Mindbank Consulting Group, currently seeking talented Application Developers / Full Stack Developers to join our team in Falls Church, VA or Fort Collins, CO. This is an onsite role requiring attendance five days a week with a contract lasting one year, commencing on February 1, 2026. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $110,000 to $130,000.
