Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering
- Proficient in C# (.NET 8), React, and SQL
- Experience in cloud development, particularly with AWS
- Understanding of DevOps best practices using GitHub and Terraform
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
- Strong technical design, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities
- Experience with domain-driven design
- Familiarity with microservice architecture
- Experience in event-driven architecture
- Ability to write testable code and create unit and integration tests
- Passionate about developing high-quality systems aligned with AWS best practices
- Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Proven analytical abilities to interpret and implement business and functional requirements
- Knowledge of test automation and a desire to incorporate it into development processes
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain software and technical solutions to address business challenges
- Play a crucial role in transforming our monolithic legacy products into AWS
- Promote and adhere to AWS best practices
- Mentor team members on software engineering methodologies
- Ensure overall product quality throughout the development process
- Create and manage unit and integration tests
- Effectively manage personal workload in alignment with project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Assist the team in accomplishing sprint objectives through both independent tasks and collaborative efforts
- Engage in code reviews to uphold quality standards and best practices
- Support the deployment of code into production environments
