Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in product management, product development, software R&D, or related roles, ideally within healthcare technology or similar data-intensive fields
- Proven ability to analyze data to enhance outcomes or resolve business inquiries
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Jira or other pertinent software
- Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance standards

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the R&D product development backlog, ensuring prioritization and timely execution of significant initiatives
- Convert business, operational, and clinical needs into precise business requirement documents, backlog items, and process diagrams
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define product specifications and ensure delivery of impactful outcomes
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), identifying defects, and confirming that each release meets quality benchmarks
- Rapidly create prototypes and lightweight MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), focusing on speed and agility to validate concepts and iterate from early feedback
- Foster a culture of rapid learning and experimentation to establish a base for long-term revenue enhancement
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on and ensure punctual completion of project milestones
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports for new product ventures
- Facilitate regular checks and stand-ups to track progress, address risks, and navigate obstacles
- Assist in setting up and refining operational processes and best practices for the launch of new solutions
- Monitor project dependencies, manage resource allocation, and communicate alterations to stakeholders proactively
- Serve as an informed point of contact for clients, explaining product capabilities and technical concepts in an understandable way
- Collect and summarize client feedback to inform product needs and ongoing development priorities
- Lead client discovery meetings and product demonstrations to validate concepts and ensure solutions meet actual needs
- Collaborate with clients to craft proofs-of-concept designed to tackle their specific challenges
- Support sales teams in initial conversations by providing technical insight and addressing client inquiries
