Product Manager, Curv IntelliScript

- Gain insight into IntelliScripts business, clients, and market diversification strategies - Lead the development of new features and products for Millimans Curv suite, focusing on applying machine learning and AI to assess healthcare costs and risk evaluations - Collaborate closely with Agile team members, serving as the final decision-maker on requirements conflicts and priorities - Define acceptance criteria for user stories and manage the acceptance/rejection process of delivered code in each sprint - Prioritize and oversee bug fixes, technical enhancements, and product improvements, and organize user stories in the team backlog - Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, users, and customers within the Agile team - Operate within an Agile framework, continuously review business necessities, refine priorities, outline project milestones, and pinpoint potential risks - Foster and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders/users/customers, engaging them consistently to incorporate feedback into sprint planning - Lead team scrums to articulate the product vision, roadmap, and identify growth opportunities, while conveying updates across the product lifecycle - Navigate competing prioritization demands from stakeholders at the user story level, ensuring that the most valuable deliverables are accomplished each sprint - Convert client feedback gathered through the sales and relationship management team into future product features.
