Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing comprehensive product design projects
- Proficiency in contemporary design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in user research and usability testing
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for addressing user challenges
Responsibilities
- Engage in all stages of the design process, from research and discovery to prototyping, validation, and final implementation
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to determine requirements, iterate on solutions, and ensure high-quality results
- Conduct user research, collect feedback, and transform insights into user-friendly designs that resolve real user issues
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-resolution mockups using modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing our design systems and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Advocate for user-centered design throughout the organization and promote best practices
