Product Analyst - IntelliScript

- Oversee and maintain the Contxt product backlog, ensuring requirements and user stories are clear, comprehensive, and prioritized for engineering execution - Convert business, operational, and clinical needs into organized user stories, acceptance criteria, data rules, and workflow diagrams - Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily agile ceremonies with the engineering team - Analyze complex eligibility logic, clinical workflows, claims data rules, and EHR-derived data structures to maintain consistent system behavior - Apply knowledge of EHR systems and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD) to define integration logic and data mappings - Collaborate with engineering to clarify requirements and ensure development aligns with expected results - Develop user flows, data dictionaries, rule libraries, and system documentation for engineering, QA, sales, and customer-facing teams - Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), validating sprint increments, identifying defects, and ensuring every release meets quality benchmarks - Support customer discovery sessions by documenting insights and converting emergent needs into well-defined product requirements - Partner with the General Manager, Marketing, and Product Manager to conduct Value Analysis, quantifying operational impact and translating product capabilities into measurable business outcomes - Create structured value frameworks, case studies, and repeatable templates to aid pre-sales and post-implementation discussions
