Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Operations, data setup, or technical configuration
- Strong background in customer service and support
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude)
- Proven experience in automating and refining internal processes
- Skilled in creating and enhancing documentation
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in SQL at an intermediate level
Responsibilities
- Oversee and carry out tasks for various operations projects, including client security updates
- Train and provide backup support for operational tasks and teams focused on client assistance
- Leverage generative AI or similar technologies to enhance operational workflows, ensuring documentation is updated as necessary
- Enhance documentation across diverse teams and operational processes
- Expand responsibilities to additional tasks and projects as expertise and knowledge increase
