Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Over 10 years of relevant professional experience in help desk or ticketing roles and customer interaction for technical issue resolution
- Practical experience in the SaaS or web applications sector
- Familiarity with generative AI for enhancing processes and documentation
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line client support from start to finish: respond promptly, resolve issues quickly when feasible, appropriately escalate complex matters, and manage each case to accurate resolution
- Develop and enhance documentation for client support
- Identify opportunities to enhance support for client-facing teams through expanding knowledge on increasingly complex issues
- Assist with client projects as time permits
- Responsibilities may evolve to include additional tasks and projects as you gain experience and knowledge
