Requirements
Must:
- Basic knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, widgets)
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- A portfolio showcasing web design or development projects (academic or personal work acceptable)
Responsibilities
- Design and create modern, visually appealing websites for client projects
- Develop and manage WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and widgets
- Implement responsive design techniques to ensure optimal website performance across devices
- Utilize HTML5, CSS, and contemporary web frameworks in projects
- Collaborate in creative meetings to help guide design choices
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to scope and specifications
- Follow internal procedures and uphold quality standards
- Conduct self-assessments to guarantee accuracy and thoroughness
- Maintain organized project documents for future revisions
- Clearly communicate project statuses to account managers
- Work in close partnership with designers, developers, and account managers
- Be receptive to feedback and provide constructive insights
- Assist with extra tasks as required to meet team deadlines
- Actively engage in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions
- Collaborate with the strategic team to introduce new ideas and enhancements for current clients
- Contribute to the development of innovative products and services
- Accurately log hours and project-related activities
- Meet personal performance goals and deadlines
