Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in STEM, healthcare-related field, or information management/data science
- A minimum of 5 years in a relevant field (healthcare or product/project management)
- At least 5 years working with data systems, business intelligence reporting, and data analytics software: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, Alteryx, SAP, SFDC
- 5 years of commercial experience in program or product management
- Familiarity with the Pyxis product portfolio and embedded operating systems
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing abilities, with comfort communicating across varying stakeholder levels
- Personal attributes: dynamic team player, detail-oriented, critical thinker, self-motivated, hardworking, resourceful, customer-focused
- Willingness to travel up to 15%

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the cross-platform lifecycle, emphasizing data systems, business intelligence reporting, and data analytics, while collaborating with manufacturing, compliance, security, order management, supply chain, and customer relationships
- Manage projects and their priorities throughout the product lifecycle (PLC), aiming for optimal in-market solution value and enhancing customer compliance and experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, report project statuses, and conduct PLM program reviews
- Implement industry-leading practices for PLM functionality and development, coordinated with systems engineering, product portfolio management, marketing, and supply chain management
- Provide recommendations for achieving sustainable and repeatable PLM processes and frameworks
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, collaborating across all organizational functions (Finance, Regional Marketing, R&D, SDS, Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Operations) for successful product support and retirement
