Requirements
Must:

- Willingness to work on-site and travel to nearby hospital locations if necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide support for PACS, dictation, and imaging systems utilized by radiologists
- Address and monitor issues affecting clinical workflows
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve system-related concerns
- Assist in implementing new sites, upgrades, and system launches
- Conduct workstation checks, onsite visits, and ensure system readiness
- Document challenges, solutions, and workflows for team benefit
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for clinicians during critical system operations
