Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in IT support roles
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware for common business systems, including Apple, Windows, and Chromebooks
- Basic skills in audio-visual and networking, with a grasp of video conferencing, WiFi, and VPN technologies
- Familiarity with managing ticket-based enterprise workflow systems such as Asana or Zendesk
- A proactive, service-focused mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Capability to lift heavy equipment (50+ pounds) when necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to users within the IT Lounge
- Address user requests through standard support channels like chat and ticketing systems
- Resolve hardware and software issues across Apple, Windows, and ChromeOS platforms
- Assemble and set up new laptops using deployment tools like JAMF and Intune
- Engage in the IT onboarding process and welcome sessions for new employees
- Oversee system access for users of Asana
- Install and support software applications for end-users
- Ensure functionality of conference rooms and all-hands meeting spaces
- Manage inventory of hardware and software resources
