Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or administrative roles.
- Preferred Bachelors degree.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

- Technologically adept with the capacity to independently learn new tools and systems.

- Experience in metrics development, data analysis, and/or utilizing reporting tools such as Google Sheets or dashboards.
- At least 1 year of experience in operations or material handling in settings like warehouses, manufacturing, or distribution centers.
- Capability to collaborate with a team of logistics specialists while also working independently.
- Ability to maintain stringent control over inventory through accurate system transactions.
- Ensuring precise and timely processing of shipments and receipts.
- Physical ability to transport inventory manually or using material handling equipment.
- Willingness to perform additional duties with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal inventory control systems aimed at operational excellence and documenting processes for external vendor materials.
- Ensure accurate receipt documentation in compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations for business operations.
- Improve end-user experience on internal knowledge platforms.
- Create and manage documentation using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Develop and maintain business reporting templates.
- Track, analyze, and report key operational metrics regarding inventory control and process enhancements.
- Generate and distribute regular reports to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage the reception of materials from external vendors.
