Must:

- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector
- Strong grasp of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar software
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to document business and functional requirements clearly
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, cloud applications, or custom software)
- Basic SQL skills or experience in data analysis
- Previous involvement in integration projects or API-driven systems
- Knowledge of ITIL or IT service management principles
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to comprehend objectives, hurdles, and system requirements
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather comprehensive business requirements
- Transform business needs into clear, actionable documentation like user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and functional specifications
- Analyze current processes and identify potential improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and solution architects to assess and refine solution options
- Support the design and implementation of new systems, enhancements, and integrations
- Validate requirements throughout the development cycle to ensure they align with business expectations
- Assist with data analysis, mapping, and validation for IT-related projects
- Aid in creating test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate and engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Track and document defects, ensuring swift resolution with technical teams
- Work closely with project managers to aid in project scoping, timelines, and risk assessments
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, issues, and changes
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines
- Evaluate business processes and suggest technology-enabled improvements or automation options
- Support digital transformation, software implementations, and system optimization initiatives
- Ensure proposed solutions balance business requirements, feasibility, and long-term sustainability
- Develop process flows, SOPs, requirement documents, and training materials
- Provide training or assistance to business users during system rollouts or updates
- Maintain accurate documentation for future reference and compliance
